Terms of Service
Last updated: April 2026
The service
Afterburn is a behavioral check-in tool for people coming off GLP-1 medications. It tracks self-reported daily signals (appetite, cravings, late-night eating, weight) and surfaces them as a stability score and weekly view. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice.
Your account
You are responsible for the accuracy of what you enter and for keeping your sign-in email secure. One person, one account. Don’t share an account with someone else — the data won’t make sense for either of you.
Acceptable use
Use Afterburn for its intended purpose. Don’t try to break the service, scrape data that isn’t yours, harass anyone, or use it for anything illegal. We reserve the right to disable accounts that do.
Disclaimers
Afterburn is provided “as is.” We don’t guarantee any specific health outcome. Your results depend on you, your medical history, and decisions you make with your prescriber. The stability score is a behavioral signal, not a diagnosis. See our health disclaimer for details.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, Afterburn and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. If we’re found liable, our total liability is capped at the amount you’ve paid us in the 12 months prior — which, on the free tier, is zero.
Changes
We may update these terms as the product changes. If we make changes that meaningfully affect your rights, we’ll email you.
Termination
You can clear your data and stop using Afterburn at any time. We can suspend or close accounts that violate these terms.
